Sika Emseal has used as the inspiration for invention of its building expansion joint product line, the performance requirements of the adjacent building envelope materials. M-seal GP epoxy compound is a two component room temperature setting, easy to use multi-purpose putty. We were initially approached for replacement large diameter rotary shaft seals, but after discussions with our technical specialists about challenges with the application, we suggested a double acting solid PTFE rotary lipseal, capable of sealing 10 times the pressure of the previous seals.
